Hello! To those who still check this blog but don't take part in class discussions
i suppose you guys wanna know how the debate turned out?

At first Guowei and Yiting and Minyu were all for picnics at the Botanical (botanic?) gardens or at the Zoo or at some beach, OR having some buffet at TCC, etc etc.

The conversation ended abruptly for don't know what reason, but just now i had this genius idea - Okay wait i don't think i should call it Genius because in BN, Genius is not something to be joking about. Anyway, i thought we should make a Class Magazine with the prize winnings.

The logic is that, if we go out for a class buffet/picnic/lunch/dinner, some of the class would LOSE OUT because surely, some of them would not be able to make it. Plus, the class magazine is sort of like a Solid Memento that you can keep in your cupboard and take it out ten years later and gasp at how few wrinkles you had back then.

i discussed it with Filbert, Lihui and Guowei, and now here's the basis:
The class magazine would of course include many pictures from our Major Class Events, mainly

1. 06 - China Town with the PRCS, if we have enough photos
2. 06 - CIP at Esplanade
3. 06 - Racial Harmony Day
4. 07 - Sentosa Outing, including Steamboat at Marina Bay
5. 07 - Cross Country Cum National Day
6. 07 - Mooncake festival
7. 07 - Last Day of School
8. 07 - Class Chalet

Other less significant events include: UWC college CIP, Steamboat with Mr Teo, Biofest, Sec2 Experential Camp and Graduation Day ( i don't have many pictures of these events with me but if you want to send, sure)

The Class magazine will also be given out to all of you, including Mrs Indra and Mrs Jo Tan, on O level results day, and for that reason, i thought the class mag should have a Blank page at the back for all of you to write messages or Sign your names for your friends, sort of like our school's Annual Year book's Autograph page.

Furthermore, i pictured the magazine to have little post-its (printed ones of course, not PASTED ON) all over it, with Messages from classmates. these aren't Autographs, but messages for 4bn. We will inform you guys if you are requested to write a little something.

Right now, our committee doing this project consists of Lihui, Filbert, Guowei and Xinying (Me). The ideas have not been finalized yet and we of course welcome new and innovative ideas to go about this project. We look forward to your participation!

And, Because i have experience with doing class projects, i know that there would be Xiao3 Ren2 Wu4 (small people) from all over the class who would surely like to Raise an Objection to this idea of making a class magazine, So i'd like to say that IF you have any Protest, please Ensure that you have a BETTER suggestion to show us, if not Fan Dui Wu Xiao (Objection Overruled).


#04 Xinying

A few weeks ago, i thought that the Class Chalet would be my last project for the class. A while after that, i also thought that the Class Graduation Video would be my last project for the class. Don't know how many more 'Lasts' i shall have but i do hope that this project turns out well. PLEASE COOPERATE, PEOPLE!
