Hey everybody this is going to be a long post with a whole lot of pictures! Anyway, i bet you all are really High now for we have won one of the prizes for the Most Patriotic Class award, after many days of preparing.

Our shirts had only arrived yesterday, compared to other classes who had mostly sprayed on their designs. Even though our efforts (okay our money) were worth much more than what the prize was - 6 packs of cheap correction tape - it is how our class had showed as much spirit as we could singing the NDP songs and having many runners in the top few positions

Cassandra, Munwee, Yiting, Yuanyuan and Lihui were the ones who won us the first prize in Sec4 Girls group category!

Come to think of it, it wouldn't have mattered whether we were prize winners at all, because, hands down, the entire sec4 cohort OWNED all the other levels as all the designs of shirts were really unique! besides, just seeing BN doing so much together could have reduced us to tears,

like when we did the Where I Belong 'dance' for Mrs Indra, we were so so so embarrassed when we choreographed it during class but we just kinda, put aside all shyness and just did it. i think that was what won the prize i guess.

like when we all stood up and shouted 3 cheers for us and our wonderful cross country runners

like how Mrs Indra was so enthusiastic and encouraging, allowing me to spray her hair red and wearing our so very nice Tee!

like how we were ALL hoarse from screaming our hearts out but still managed to scream even more when we heard that it was us who had won the last prize. HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!

Alright i would just like to thank the class for going along with our ideas and to put it succinctly - we ROCKED today! you made the mundane cross country awesome.

About Half of us headed to Macdonalds after the event and GOSH, it was a long walk! we walked for 40 minutes and when we had finally reached it was like Air-con-ed PARADISE. i think this is a really good picture:
